About ADU Craft Tucson
We design, permit and build casitas and other ADUs in Tucson and nearby communities. Licensed by the Arizona ROC, and insured.
What do we build?
Our work covers detached casitas, garage conversions, attached ADUs and guest houses. Design and permits come with every project, so you have one point of contact instead of four.
Where do we work?
The City of Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita and the Catalina Foothills. We are a service-area business: we come to the property, and there is no walk-in office.
How do we work?
- Jurisdiction first. City, town or county, before any design idea.
- Written, itemized quotes. Every part of the job priced before construction.
- Straight talk. If a casita does not fit your lot or budget, we tell you early.
- Arizona rules, dated. Every rule on this site names its source and when it was checked.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ADU Craft Tucson holds an Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license and carries insurance. Our ROC license number and insurance details come with every written quote, and you can look up any Arizona contractor on the ROC website.
About the photos on this site
Image areas on this site are labeled placeholders for illustrations of casita and ADU types. None of them show work we have completed.
